- This action is as task agreement to an existing cooperative agreement. This is a non competitive award to create the soil resource data management and soil resource information framework and the necessary analytical tools that will enable the CSU, NPS and the public to better understand the distribution and extent fo valuable soil resouces in National Parks. This agreement is issued under existing Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit H2370094000. This is a notice of intent and non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior, Policy Department Manual 505DM2.
