Southeast Transportation Corridor Pilot: Section VI.,5.,c."Equipment Reports" is modified to read as follows: 1. Annual Equipment Reports. The Recipient shall perform an annual inventory of all equipment procured under this award and submit to the Grants Officer within 30 days at the end of the calendar year. 2. Final Equipment Report: The Recipient shall submit a Final Equipment Report to the DHS Grants Officer within 90 days after the expiration of the date of the project period. 3. Equipment Performance. The Recipient will be required to submit performance metrics relating to equipment and malfunctions. The information below remains unchanged. ********************************************* DNDOs Fiscal Year 2006 appropriation included $4,000,000 in funding for the deployment of radiation detection systems at interstate weigh stations. See H.R. Conf. Rep. 109-241. Consistent with its mission and appropriation, the DNDO is implementing the initial phase of the Southeast Transportation Corridor Pilot (SETCP), a pilot program involving Federal, State, and local participants in the Southeast Region of the United States, which is designed to detect and interdict illicit nuclear and radiological materials on the nations interstate highways.
