- The purpose of the program is to enhance state-based Perinatal Quality Collaboratives to collect timely data to provide feedback to improve perinatal care, by sustaining current efforts and expanding their ability to include higher proportions of participating hospitals in their states, as well as expanding their current projects to include a broader range of neonatal and maternal health issues.
