State Energy Program 2012 Competitive Awards: The purpose of amendment 002 to this FOA is to revise section I.B.Area of Interest 1 to delete the language concerning "groups of states" applying under this area of interest. This competitive Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) allows states to compete for funding designed to meet EERE nationally focused initiatives for the fundamental and permanent transformation of markets across all sectors of the economy.
