State Public Health Actions to Prevent and Control Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity and Associated Risk Factors and Promote School Health: The State Public Health Actions to Prevent and Control Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity and Associated Risk Factors and Promote School Health - FOA - DP13-1305 outlines an approach to preventing and reducing the risk factors associated with childhood and adult obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke; it also addresses management of these chronic diseases.
