THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS PARTICIPATION MAY NOT EXCEED 65 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL PROJECT COTS. GOVERNMING REGULATION CAN BE FOUND IN 38 CFR PART 59. ALONG WITH THE GRANTS.GOV SUBMISSION, ITEMS A1-A18 FROM VA FORM 10-0388-14 MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE VA BY APRIL 15, 2011 FOR INCLUSION ON THE FY 2012 PRIORITY LIST.
