This is a notice of intent to award this agreement to the State of Montana under the Fish and Wildlife Land Conservation Cooperatives. See attached competition and selection process document.
Grant Description
This is the full announcement. This agreement is being awarded under the following authority: Section 2 of Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1950 (64 Stat. 1262) as amended. The project was competed through Great Northern Landscape Conservation Cooperatives program.The Montana Interstate Collaboration and Coordination Project will initially serve the public by providing experiences from Montana already gained through a similar process to other states developing similar systems. Secondly, the public will gain significantly when states not only have a DSS exposing crucial area information but they will be similar in data and usability.
