- This is a notice of intent to award this agreement to the State of Washington under the Fish and Wildlife Land Conservation Cooperatives. See attached competition and selection process document.

- This is the full announcement. This agreement is being awarded under the following authority: Section 2 of Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1950 (64 Stat. 1262) as amended. The project was competed through Great Northern Landscape Conservation Cooperatives program. This project (1) identifies essential habitats and linkages required to connect these habitats under both existing conditions and future climate change scenarios, and (2) uses occurrence, movement, and genetic data collected for greater sage-grouse and mammalian carnivores to validate statewide and ecoregional connectivity models for the State of Washington and neighboring landscapes.
