Stewards of the Future Youth Crew at John Fitzgerald Kennedy NHS: This announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award a task agreement under a previously competed or single source justified master cooperative agreement. Specifically, the recipient will: 1. Recruit applicants to fill the Field Leader position; diversity candidate strongly desired, with whom the NPS will make a final selection. 2. Provide a weekly stipend for the Field Leader. Provide hourly wage for SF Crew. 3. Provide pre-determined round trip travel expenses from the Field Leader home to the duty station. 4. Oversee, direct, and take corrective measures including but not limited to issues of conduct for the Field Leader and SF Crew provided to the NPS. 5. Maintain administrative records for the Field Leader and SF Crew. 6. Provide administrative support for the Field Leader and SF Crew while participating in the program. 7. Provide required training and transportation for Field Leader and SF Crew while at work. 8. Provide uniforms for SF Crew and Field Leader. 9. Provide a 25% cash match.
