Strategic Communication Plan for the Evidence Based Decision Making in Local and State Criminal Justice Systems: The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is soliciting proposals from organizations, groups, or individuals to enter into a cooperative agreement for a 12-month period to begin no later than September 15, 2014. Work under this cooperative agreement will involve activities and products related to the development and implementation of the Evidence Based Decision Making (EBDM) in Local and State Criminal Justice System Initiative’s strategic communication plan. The communication plan and its products will be utilized by the EBDM project team as a tool that will provide an organized approach to the development and delivery of the core message(s) of the EBDM initiative to our varied criminal justice partners and consumers. This project will be a collaborative venture with the NIC Community Services Division.
