Strategic Conservation Delivery through Pollinator, Monarch and R3: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), Midwest Region, intends to issue a Single Source Cooperative Agreement Award without competition to Pheasants Forever, Inc.(PF) to support strategic conservation delivery activities for at-risk species (e.g. pollinators) and to implement recruitment, retention, reactivation "R3" activities. Conservation delivery actions will take place across the Upper Midwest and Great Plains states (MN, WI, IA, MO, IN, IL, MI, OH, KS, ND, SK, NE).
