Strategic Prevention Framework Partnerships for Success (SPF-PFS): The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2013 Strategic Prevention Framework Partnerships for Success cooperative agreements (SPF-PFS).
