Strengthen the Evidence for Maternal and Child Health Programs: This notice solicits applications for Strengthen the Evidence for Maternal and Child Health Programs, the purpose of which is to improve the health and well-being of women and children in the United States by supporting the implementation of evidence-based/evidence-informed strategies for the Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block Grant program (hereafter referred to as Title V MCH Block Grant).
