Eligible applicants are national organizations (NOs), including national minority organizations (NMOs) and regional minority organizations (RMOs). National and Regional Minority Organizations (NMOs/RMOs) serving racial and ethnic populations are those with a proven track record of five (5) or more years of providing direct or indirect service to minority and high-risk populations through a community-based approach and proven delivery system channels. This announcement will be for limited competition.
