Strengthening Rule of Law through Legal Aid Clinics in the Philippines: This project will complement ongoing INL justice sector reform programs that support government agencies, public officials, and NGOs to promote access to quality legal services and emphasize practical skills and critical thinking ability through practical and clinical training. The purpose of this project is to improve access to legal aid in the Philippines.
