Additional Information on Eligibility: The MSPP is the governmental agency with the mandate to safeguard public health in the country. The MSPP has the responsibility for strategic planning for the health sector, policy development, norm formulation and regulations. The MSPP is the only line ministry that has a presence in the 10 geographical departments of the country and maintains 10 directorates equipped with both technical and administrative capacity.
