The Republican Blood Center (RBC) is the only organization of the Kyrgyzstan Republic (KG) that has the mandate from the Kyrgyzstan government to implement and coordinate the blood safety system. The RBC has managed the Cooperative Agreement funded by CDC (2010-2015) to promote the blood safety in the country.
