Structure Replacement Project: This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Reclamations intention to enter into a grant with American Falls Reservoir District No. 2 without full and open competition. An opportunity exists to transfer lands to the National Park Service (NPS) that were acquired or withdrawn from the Bureau of Land Management for Bureau of Reclamation Project purposes, and are within the boundaries of, or adjacent to, the Minidoka Internment National Monument. Some facilities operated and maintained by American Falls Reservoir District No. 2 are located on lands being transferred to the NPS. Reclamation and the NPS acknowledge that Reclamation is responsible for providing American Falls Reservoir District No. 2 with replacement buildings for any maintenance facilities and structures located on lands being transferred. Reclamation has $52,996 available for replacement of the shop building.
