Grant Description
Specifically, the purpose of the program is two-fold: (1) to strengthen the MOHSW's capacity to provide enhanced and continuous HIV/AIDS and TB services; and (2) to enhance human capacity development to better coordinate and conduct effective laboratory, surveillance, strategic information, policy development and systems strengthening activities by enhancing management capacity, providing mentoring programs at the point of service, and upgrading skills of HIV/AIDS providers, including long-term training and tuition assistance, to provide a sustainable response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Lesotho.
