Supporting Democracy, Good Governance, and National Reconciliation: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified U.S. and non U.S. organization and institutions, in the form of partnerships or teams (primes and subs) that include Senegalese organizations for a program entitled "Supporting Democracy, Good Governance, and National Reconciliation in Senegal". USAID anticipates awarding a four and a half (4.5) year performance-based Cooperative Agreement (CA), US $ 20 million, subject to availability of funds, resulting from this RFA process. The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
