Grant Description
In support of its objective of "Sustained Reduction of Illicit Coca Crops in Target Areas of Peru," the USAID Mission in Peru, USAID/Peru, is initiating a two-year cross-sectoral assistance program to support high-risk communities in their decision to permanently adopt a licit lifestyle. In an attempt to stimulate creative thinking, this will be a two-step procurement process. First a request for concept papers (RFCP) soliciting five-page concept papers, then a request for applications (RFA) asking for full applications from the five best among those who submit concept papers. USAID seeks ideas that play to the comparative advantage NGOs may have in certain technical or geographic areas which would allow the program to succeed where it has not before.
