Supporting Networks of HIV Care: This cooperative agreement will be awarded to eligible entities qualified to provide small to medium community and faith-based organizations (F/CBOs) serving minority populations with capacity building assistance and other eligible entities to support capacity building activities. Eligible entities will provide resources, trainings, on-site technical assistance, and other specified services to organizations that are planning to expand into providing HIV/AIDS primary medical care services, or engage directly in such activities. Eligible entities must demonstrate expertise in the ability to, 1) improve organizations ability to provide available, accessible and quality of HIV primary health care and support services (e.g., medical evaluation and clinical care, oral health care, mental health services, clinical case management, treatment education and adherence support, nutrition services, etc.) for persons living in medically underserved areas where there is high prevalence or high risk for HIV infection; 2) develop or enhance the HIV/AIDS service delivery infrastructure within those communities; and 3) support organizations and activities that currently are not funded by HRSA through the Ryan White CARE Act in their efforts to improve their eligibility for funding from this and other HIV-related funding sources. Funded organizations will work cooperatively with HRSA to ensure efficient use of resources, and high levels of collaboration and coordination across these efforts.

- National, regional, and local public and private non-profit organizations involved in addressing HIV/AIDS related issues on a national scope are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a minimum two-year history of developing and disseminating informational materials, providing training or technical assistance to HIV/AIDS related organizations and constituencies on a national level. The scope of work for this Cooperative Agreement must also be proposed for a national level. Community-based and faith-based organizations are eligible to apply for this Cooperative Agreement award.
