Survey Bat Community Composition at Hopewell Culture NHP Post White-Nose Syndrome: The United States Department of the Interior ¿ The National Park Service (NPS) / Hopewell Culture National Historical Park is providing public notice of the NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition on an emergency basis due to late notice of funding and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service restriction on mist-netting season for Indiana Bats and Northern Long Eared Bats between June 1 through October 31, 2014.
