Symposium for International Exchange Alumni from Western India: The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai (PAS Mumbai) seeks proposals to assist in all logistical arrangements for the symposium. The grantee will work collaboratively with PAS Mumbai and get its approval on its recommendations for any program topics and speakers. The one-and-one-half-day outreach symposium will bring together 100 U.S. State Department exchange alumni for a networking reception in the evening that will provide an opportunity for alumni to connect among themselves and with U.S. Consulate General Mumbai staff to develop contacts to advise them on future programs and activities.
