THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice of Intent to Award Indiana Dunes Learning Center: The NPS will enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the Indiana Dunes Environmental Learning Center to support, stimulate, and promote environmental education through a residential program that has broad applications and reaches beyond the park to serve a diverse group of students and families from the region which includes but is not limited to the Chicago area, Northwest Indiana, and Southern Michigan, many of whom live in low-income neighborhoods.
