Grant Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Central Asian Republics is seeking applications from all qualified organizations for Stability Enhancement Program (TSEP) in Tajikistan. The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. Both U.S. and non-U.S. organizations, that are currently registered in Tajikistan, are welcome to submit applications. USAID intends to award one Cooperative Agreement as a result of this RFA. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID intends to provide up to $7.1 million in total USAID funding over a three-year period. USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted.
