Tajikistan Stability Enhancement Program (TSEP) in Tajikistan: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Central Asian Republics is seeking applications from all qualified organizations for Stability Enhancement Program (TSEP) in Tajikistan. The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
