Technical Assistance -- Wildlife Biology -- Environmental Incentives Program: NRCS is in need of a wildlife biologist to provide assistance to the Big Sandy Project and the West Side of Blacks Fork, both Colorado River Salinity Program projects. Biologist will work out of the Rock Springs, Wyoming, field office. Cooperative agreement will be awarded for a six-month period. Big Sandy Project: Biologist will provide assistance to complete a monitoring and evaluation report for wildlife needs for this project. West Side of Blacks Fork: Develop an estimate of impacts to wildlife and wetland habitat from implementation of approximately 5000 acres of conversion of flood irrigated land to sprinkler irrigated land and replacement of canals and laterals with pipe.
