Three Links Farm Long-Term Site Stewardship: The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for operation and maintenance activities necessary to enforce the provisions of the Conservation Easement on Three Links Farm, AZ and to oversee a Management Fund that will provide monies to be used to support its annual operation and maintenance activities. Reclamation will provide a competitive funding opportunity that will provide the financial support for the long-term operation and management of the Three Links Farm Conservation Easement. A Cooperative agreement will be awarded to a responsive, responsible, and eligible recipient and will be based on technical and fiduciary merits at the fixed assistance amount. Cost sharing or cost matching is not required. Applications will be reviewed and evaluated by a technical panel.
