Title V Competitive Sexual Risk Avoidance Education: The Administration for Children and Families, Administration on Children, Youth (ACF) and Families' Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) announces the availability of funds under the Title V Competitive Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (Title V Competitive SRAE) Program. The purpose of the Title V Competitive SRAE Program is to fund projects to implement sexual risk avoidance education that teaches youth participants how to voluntarily refrain from non-marital sexual activity. The goals of Title V Competitive SRAE are to empower participants to make healthy decisions, and provide tools and resources to prevent pregnancy, STIs, and engagement in other risky behaviors.
