Tobacco Use and HIV in Low and Middle Income Countries (R21): The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to encourage exploratory/developmental research focused on tobacco use and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection in low and middle income countries (LMICs).
