Toward Inclusive Markets Everywhere (TIME): The U.S. Agency for International Development's Microenterprise Development office (USAID/MD) is pleased to announce the Toward Inclusive Markets Everywhere (TIME) Annual Program Statement (APS). USAID/MD requests applications that propose innovative ideas to contribute to the development of suites of services and technical assistance in support of 'inclusive market development,' resulting in measurable outcomes that benefit the poor, particularly the rural poor. USAID/MD intends to award approximately three to five awards, valued between $200,000 and $1 million, over a maximum three-year performance period. This APS will be open for one year after release, although USAID/MD expects that funding under this APS will likely continue in FY 2012 and beyond. USAID reserves the right to make a single award, to fund parts of applications, or to not make any awards at all through this APS. The actual number and amount of awards under this APS is subject to the availability of funds, as well as the interests and requirements of EGAT/MD and the viability of applications received.
