Training and Technical Assistance for Small and/or Rural Public Water Systems: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting proposals from eligible applicants to provide training and technical assistance to small and/or rural public water systems to develop and expand the capabilities of those systems to meet the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). National Priority Areas are: (1) Training and Technical Assistance for Source Water and Wellhead Protection; and (2) Training and Technical Assistance for Rule Implementation, Capacity Development, and Water Systems Operations.
