- The PIP is revised to substitute the following paragraph for the current last paragraph of Section 5, General Information: DARPA has determined that work for this program is to be funded by budget category 6.2 (Applied Research). This means that research performed under this program on-campus at a university is considered contracted fundamental research; therefore, public releases of information about such research are not subject to prior Government review.
