The purpose of the Request For Application (RFA) is to solicit applications for funding. The United States Government, through USAID, is seeking full applications from prospective partners to implement activities to enhance democratic governance, foster economic growth and improve natural resource management to the benefit of the people of Sierra Leone. The program is to be designed and implemented with an integrated, comprehensive, multi-sector approach, addressing the U.S. Foreign Assistance Framework Objectives.
