Transitional Justice in Sri Lanka: The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for proposals that seek to bolster and enhance formal transitional justice processes in Sri Lanka. This includes supporting the GoSLs commitments to transitional justice through the provision of training to those likely to be directly involved in transitional justice processes, including: judicial investigators, key representatives of the GoSL transitional justice mechanisms, Secretariat and task forces, prosecutors, lawyers, and judges to build their capacity to address complex cases, including widespread or systematic human rights violations.
