The Department of State's Office of Export Control Cooperation is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity through this Request for Application (RFA). ISN/ECC invites public international organizations, educational institutions, and U.S. non-profit organizations to submit grant proposals to provide United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 1540 compliance training to Turkmen export control authorities. ISN/ECC has approximately $100,000.00 available to fund this program.
