U.S. EPA, Region 6 U.S./Mexico Border Air Quality Program: FY 2006/2007 Request for Proposals (RFP): EPA Region 6 is accepting proposals from eligible applicants to conduct research, investigations, experiments, demonstrations, surveys, and studies relating to the causes, effects (including health and welfare effects), extent, prevention, and control of air pollution in the U.S./Mexico Border area, and to meeting the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The U.S./Mexico Border area is defined as the area within 100 kilometers of the U.S./Mexico Border. This program supports air pollution control agencies in conducting projects to improve air quality and reduce pollution in the area along the U.S./Mexico Border.
