USAID/Bosnia Community Reintegration and Stabilization Program (CRSP): The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission for Bosnia and Herzegovina, is seeking applications from private voluntary/non-governmental organizations (PVOs/NGOs) to implement activities under its Community Reintegration and Stabilization Program (CRSP) as described in the following Annual Program Statement (APS). The effective period for implementation under this Annual Program Statement is one year from April 5, 2004 until April 4, 2005. (This APS replaces in its entirety the APS for CRSP dated June 20, 2003, as amended.) The USAID/Bosnia CRSP is active until December 31, 2005, and all APS grant activities must be completed by this date.This APS is issued under the authority of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. Awards to U.S. organizations will be in accordance with 22 CFR 226, Mandatory Standard Provisions for U.S. Nongovernmental Recipients, and the applicable additional Standard Provisions for U.S. Nongovernmental Recipients, which are available on the USAID internet site: (http: //www.usaid.gov/pubs/ads).As explained under this APS USAID Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina anticipates awarding funds for two types of activities which jointly contribute to the Mission?s Strategic Objective (S.O.) 3.1 titled: ?Sustainable Minority Returns?. Subject to the availability of funds, up to $3,28 million will be available under this APS as described in the applicable FED Grants web page.
