USAID Cambodia Integrated Early Childhood Development Activity: The Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) at USAID Cambodia has developed a DRAFT Program Framework for the USAID Cambodia Integrated Early Childhood Development Activity. The potential period of performance is five years with an award value in the range of $10-$24.99 million. The Draft Program Framework is provided in the following pages.
