Grant Description: USAID/DCHA/OFDA would like to support programs under this APS that mitigate risk in highly vulnerable populations due to recurrent drought or periods of highly variable/erratic rainfall. The end goal of these mitigation programs is to strengthen community food security resilience as measured by a reduction in the number of communities that need external food aid on a regular basis.
