USAID-DRC-CARPE Landscape Program Implementation 2006-2011: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Central African Regional Program for the Environment (CARPE), is seeking applications from qualified applicants for funding of assistance agreements to implement the CARPE landscape program in seven Central African countries. Towards this end, USAID is seeking funding applications from institutions representing complementary approaches to conservation (e.g., protected areas, alternative livelihoods, participatory community development, etc.) performing under consortium partnering arrangements to implement the CARPE landscape program.
