USAID/Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Strategic Objective 2 Activity: Increased Access to Quality HIV/AIDS Prevention and Mitigation Services: The United States Agency for International is seeking applications from U.S. and international non-governmental, non-profit organizations entities to implement activities in support of two components of a USAID/Democractic Republic of Congo HIV/AIDS activity consisting of two components: Component A) Condom Social Marketing and Behavior Change Communication programs and Component B) Care and Support interventions, to include VCT and OVC, with the goal to increase access to quality HIV/AIDS prevention and mitigation services through: preventive measures targeting high risk groups and high prevalence areas, and strengthened care and support services. These activities will serve to help meet the health strategic objective of "Use of Key Health Services and Practices both in USAID-Supported Health Zones and at the National Level Increased."
