Ladies and Gentlemen:

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Jordan is interested in gauging the potential partners’ understanding of the attached Water Conservation Activity (WCA) and the requirements. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) therefore, is to determine if there is sufficient understanding of WCA, or if a Pre-Application Conference would be beneficial.

Your response should be YES, the Pre-Application Conference would be beneficial, or NO, the Pre-Application Conference would not be beneficial. If YES, then please provide a very brief explanation as to why. The explanation should be no more than 300 words.

All responses must be received in USAID no later than September 29, 2015 at 4:30 Jordan time. Please respond by email only to [email protected]. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. The Mission will not directly respond to inquiries regarding this RFI, but may consider responses in the final preparation of the NFO.

This is not a notification for funding opportunity. An actual notification will be issued in the near future. The request for information in no way obligates USAID to issue a notification for funding opportunity, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any cost incurred in responding to this request for information.
