USAID/Vietnam Request for Information (RFI) on Healthy Markets Activity: This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI), issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Applications (RFA). Responses to this RFI shall not be portrayed as applications and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding agreement. Issuance of this notice does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation of comments. . Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. If a funding opportunity is released, either in the form of Request for Application (RFA) or Annual Program Statement (APS), it will be synopsized in www.grants.gov. It is the potential applicant's responsibility to monitor the site for the release of any further information. It should be noted that responding to this RFI will not give any advantage to any organization in any subsequent procurement.
