USAID's Essential Health Services Program (USAID's EHSP): The United States Agency for International Development in Burma (USAID/Burma) is seeking applications from qualified organizations to implement the USAID's Essential Health Services Program. USAID/Burma anticipates awarding one five-year cooperative agreement to improve the quality, delivery, financing, and utilization of the Essential Package of Health Services (EPHS) among service providers at the lower levels of the health system, emphasizing results at the township level and below, resulting in improved maternal, neonatal, and child health (MNCH) outcomes.
