Ukraine: University Partnership for Pre-Service Training in Government Communications: The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv announces a funding opportunity establish an academic partnership between a U.S. university and a Ukrainian institution to develop an academic program in government communications. The university partnership will develop a degree-granting higher education program for government communications students (i.e. pre-service training for potential public servants in government communications offices).
