Undergraduate Scholarships Outside of Afghanistan for Afghan Women: PAS Kabul invites all eligible organizations to submit a proposal for Scholarships for Afghan Women for Undergraduate Studies in the Middle East, Central Asia, or Indian sub-continent region. The recipient will be expected to administer a program in which a minimum of 10 female Afghan scholars obtain undergraduate degrees at an American-styled, co-educational, English language-based institution of higher learning outside of Afghanistan. PAS intends to issue an award for a period of 48 to 60 months.

Additional Information on Eligibility
Eligibility is open to institutions of higher education that offer American-styled, co-educational or women's only, English language-based, undergraduate education within the Middle East, Central Asia, or Indian sub-continent region. Individuals and Afghan government entities are ineligible to apply. Please refer to Section D for funding restrictions. Organizations may sub-award/contract with other entities, but only one entity can be the prime recipient of the award. When sub-awarding/contracting with other entities, the responsibilities of each entity must be clearly defined in the proposal.
