Universal Newborn Hearing Screening - Cooperative Agreement: This cooperative agreement will support the development of a center that provides national leadership on implementation of sustainable Statewide newborn hearing screening and intervention programs through resource development, education and training, policy initiatives, evidence-based data collection, and collaborative efforts with federal and non-federal partners.
