- The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) (R10AF20010) for Grants/Cooperative Agreements for the following program: Upper Klamath Basin Fish Screen Program - Klamath Basin Area Office. Reclamation proposes to provide financial assistance, supporting activities that promote the fish screen program for private non-Project diversions on Upper Klamath Lake, and privately owned diversions on Keno Impoundment and the Oregon portion of the Lost River system.
