Upper Salmon Basin Habitat Improvement Planning and Coordination: Reclamation seeks the assistance of a qualified entity to coordinate, plan, and facilitate a scientifically based suite of actions to benefit Endangered Species Act (ESA)listed steelhead and spring/summer chinook in the Upper Salmon Basin. The prioritized actions will assist Reclamation in meeting its obligations under the NOAA Fisheries’ judgment of how to protect these species biological opinion (BiOp).
